Sharing our knowledge about safety measures, security, crowd control and more

In this training you will gain practical knowledge of the rules established by the Belgian government for events held outdoors and in halls. Firstly, we'll drop all the theory on you. We give you all the information you need to safely organize an event. In the second part of the training, we work together to put all that theory, all that information, into practice.

As a participant you will learn how to organize an event safely, which preventive measures to take and how to deal with audience flows. Additionally, we teach you how to work with the CERM (covid event risk model) and CIRM (covid infrastructure model) model within the organization of the event. We'll answer all your questions and help you avoid obstacles.

Topics of the training

  • Introduction to the Belgium covid event regulation
  • Introduction to the models CERM & CIRM
  • Introduction to the basics of crowdflow processes
  • Practical training & advice on designing covid-proof ground floor maps
  • Practical training on CERM & CIRM
  • Practical training on taking action on your crowdflow processes
